Washington H. S. Wrestling Camp

Washington High School (NC), is going to be hosting a wrestling camp for all ages. The camp will be from July 16 thru July 20. It will run from 8am-12pm in the high school gymnasium. All wrestlers in local high schools, middle schools, and the elementary schools interested are invited. 
Cost of the camp is $70 for the entire 5 days…they will get 5 days of technique, conditioning, and a t-shirt.  Contact Coach Daniel L. Riggs at nadsggir@hotmail.com

2012 Triangle Scuffle

Tournament in Raleigh on May 4th & 5th and Sept. 28th & 29th.
Register online at www.trackwrestling.com Entry fee is $20. 
Registration opens two weeks before event. Registration cut-off date is midnight (Thursday prior) 5/3/2012.
No Card Event
Online registration only, walk-ins will not be accepted.

Age Division
Open to all wrestlers
Division 1: Middle School grades 6-8
Division 2: High School grades 9-12 
Weights Classes: Madison Weights
All athletes must weigh-in with a singlet on.
If you weigh in on Friday you do not weigh in Saturday. Wrestlers will be grouped according to actual weight and put on round robin brackets.

Awards
Medals are awarded to the top three placers in each group. No awards for dual meet competition
Admissions
$2.00 admissions Friday night and $5.00 admissions will be charged for anyone over the age of 6 on Saturday.
Dual Meet Tournament Format
Teams wanting to get 3 matches can do so Friday at an additional cost of $100 Email Stan Chambers at thematroom@yahoo.com to reserve a spot and more info. HS modified weight class 106 thru Heavy wt.
Individual Tournament Format
All periods are 1½, 1½, 1½.  Folk style NCHSAA wrestling rules will apply. All brackets will be round robin.
