10th Annual Roy Heaverly Award
10th Annual Roy Heaverly Award to the top underclassman scholastic wrestler in the TDR coverage area of easternNorth Carolina (basically schools east ofRaleigh &Fayetteville). This year the award will be shared by Nick Quillen of Rosewood and Tyler Ross of Jacksonville. Both are juniors and state champions at 120 lbs. State champion Jake Smith of Havelock was named in 2011.
