With 4 state placers the 170 lbs. weight class we have a close finish at the top with Martinez edging out Clark for the top spot.  All four have been on the Top 12 list once before.  Clark defeated Burns twice but of the top 3 it looks as if they did not lose to any wrestlers in the east who finished the season.  Possibly the best wrestler was Winstead, as he defeated Martinez twice yet Winstead did not compete in the Regional tournament.
