Colburn takes the top spot again as he finishes his scholastic career as a 3x Regional Champ, 2x State Finalist and 3xState Placer. This is his 3rd year on the Top 12 list. Capps and Hudson also placed at state and are the only other repeat wrestlers on the TDR Top 12.
