Allen is clearly the best at 220 in eastern North Carolina. With 6 other state placers the weight class is strong. The head to head results sorted out the top 8 spots with Campbell edging Harris for 7th based on 2 wins. Allen beat Eason and Sculthorpe earlier in the season while Lopez topped both Sculthorpe and Cogar yet lost to Mills.
