Crebs wins 400th as Warriors sweep Lycoming Duals

TDR Editor’s Notes ; Good to see coaching milestones recognized. Our congratulations to Coach Crebs. Before this season Crebs ranked 32nd in All-Time wins and 13th among Division III coaches. In comparision to active coaches he ranks 5th over all divisions and 2nd among active D-III coaches. He has moved into the top 30 all time for now. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – There was little doubt in the first opportunity that 26th-year Lycoming College head coach Roger Crebs went for his 400th career win. The Warriors put together 10 bonus-point wins, cruising to a 59-0 win over King’s after the team posted had notched a 34-11 win over Muhlenberg and a 46-6 win against Pitt-Bradford. The team wrapped up the Lycoming Duals with a 50-0 win over Penn College at Lamade Gym on Monday, Dec. 17. Crebs improved to 401-135-2 (.747) in his career at Lycoming, as the Warriors moved to 8-2 on the season with the sweep of the four bouts.
Freshman Ryan Bohringer (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial) led the Warriors with four pins in as many bouts at 174 pounds, while sophomore 125-pounder Shane Casey (Catawissa, Pa./Southern Columbia), freshman 133-pounder Seth Andrus (Mill Hall, Pa./Central Mountain), junior 141-pounder Joe Santomarco (Manalapan, N.J./Manalapan), junior 10th-ranked 157-pounder Trevor Corl (Howard, Pa./Bellefonte Area), junior 165-pounder Hadyn Swartwood (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore Area), junior 197-pounder Travis Ogden (Clearfield, Pa./Clearfield Area) and fifth-ranked senior heavyweight Garrett Wesneski (Canton, Pa./Canton Area) also all notched four wins.
