Mountain Hawks roll to 28-6 win at Navy for fifth straight dual win
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Lehigh ran its dual winning streak to five and completed a weekend sweep of EIWA foes in the Maryland/Washington D.C. area with a convincing 28-6 win over Navy Sunday at Alumni Hall. The Mountain Hawks won eight of 10 bouts on the day, including four major decisions to move to 5-7 on the dual season. “That was a good Navy team but the guys wrestled hard,” Lehigh head coach Pat Santoro said. “We won all the close ones and that was important. We almost got the one at 197 but we were right there. Our guys wrestled pretty well. I’m proud of them.”
