Rogers Williams Wrestling Competes Overseas
BRISTOL, R.I.—The Roger Williams Wrestling team traveled to Europe to sight see, compete, and explore different cultures over a ten day period last week. The team traveled to Dublin, Ireland, Manchester and Liverpool, England and even Wales along the way. On their first stop to Dublin, the team visited the Guinness Storehouse where they went up seven floors that were filled with interactive experiences and some of Ireland’s richest history. After that, they toured Croke Park Stadium and found a local mixed martial arts gym where they got to practice with a number of professional fighters from the area.

After three days, the team took a ferry to Manchester, England where they stopped at the National Training Center and competed for the Celtic Cup. Rest of the story at https://rwuhawks.com/news/2019/6/6/wrestling-competes-over-seas.aspx?mc_cid=190c90f01d&mc_eid=2ef7cbca4b
