DI Live Streaming Guide (1/29 – 2/1/2026)

We’re almost counting down the final days of January and will get to February on Sunday! From here on out, the majority of the action will be in dual meet competition. Almost all of the DI action this week will come via duals. A total of 55 duals will be contested. Since it can be difficult to figure out where and when to watch all of these events, InterMat has put together a list of all of the live-streamed events occurring this week.
