Charlotte, N.C. – Queens University of Charlotte’s Men’s Wrestling team has inked their first commitment in the program’s history, Noah Curreri from Glen Spey, New York. Curreri is a 2017 High School All-American, New York State Finalist, and a two time state place winner. Curreri placed in two major national events last month, the NHSCA Senior Nationals and Flo Nationals. Competing for Eldred high school Curreri earned second place in the 2017 State Championships and fifth in 2016.  Noah finished his high school career with 133 victories and is captain of both his wrestling and baseball teams. He is an honor roll student and winner of the Times Herald Section 9 Sportsmanship Award. Curreri is not a stranger to Head Coach Ken Chertow as he has attended coach Chertow’s multi week super gold medal prospect camp the past three summers.
