PackWrestle Announces 2018-19 Schedule
RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State head coach Pat Popolizio has announced the Wolfpack’s 2018-19 schedule. Last season, the Wolfpack posted a school-best fourth place finish at the 2018 NCAA Championships, with another school-record of four All-Americans. For 2018-19, two of those All-Americans return (R-So. Hayden Hidlay – 2nd place, and R-So. Tariq Wilson – 3rd place), along with the addition of 2016 All-American transfer Justin Oliver, and the Pack has nine previous NCAA Qualifiers on the roster.
NC State has finished in the top-10 in the final NWCA/USA Today Coaches’ poll each of the last three seasons, finishing No. 6 last season. NC State has been ranked in the top-10 for the last 40 polls over the last three season, after having not been ranked in the top-10 at all since 1993.
