Marquin Hill Presented Award
The Washington Pam Pack had the best underclassman wrestler in eastern North Carolina in 2010 in State Champion Marquin Hill. Hill received the Roy Heverly Award as the top underclassman wrestler in eastern North Carolina at halftime of their football game with Northside.
